- The Word of God encountered through Lectio Divina
- Living faith in the Eucharist with special focus on Mass/Adoration
- Liturgy of the Hours
- Sacrament of Penance and Spiritual Direction
- Annual and occasional spiritual retreats
- Development of a devotional life with a special emphasis on the Blessed Mother, St. Joseph, the Saints and the Patristic writings. (Congregation, 2016, para. 102-114)
