Tribunal Director-Diocese of Stockton Pastoral Center
The Diocese of Stockton is seeking a full-time Director of the Tribunal. (35 hours per week) Primary responsibilities include managing the daily flow of work in the Tribunal (as stipulated in Dignitas Connubii, art. 61 §2), supervising and evaluating its staff, managing documentary and administrative processes, and handling requests for matrimonial dispensations and permissions.
Required Qualifications:
Fully initiated member of the Catholic Church.
Licentiate or doctorate in canon law.
Commitment to the ecclesial vision and mission of Vatican II.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent written communication skills.
Valid California Driver's License.
Knowledge of Spanish is helpful.
