Parish Health Ministry

A number of our parishes have established, with the help of St. Joseph’s Hospital, a parish nurse program. These programs have been successful in providing both information and care that has improved the health of our people. An effective SMC will probe the health needs of the community of faith and explore the possibility of creating a formal health ministry in the parish.
