This is a training program that consists of nine class-sessions one Saturday per month plus three weekends and the necessary time to develop and implement a pastoral project. The goal of this training course is to develop a Gospel-based Latino Leadership with the necessary skills to be more effective in the life of the Church and society.
Objectives:
To form people from parishes to perform leadership actions in the parish community with a sufficient theoretical practical foundation in theology, pastoral and social teachings of the Church.
To build a vision of leadership for the ecclesial community in an intercultural dialogue and in the promotion of social justice at a local level.
To foster the creation and implementation of concrete pastoral projects and community service projects on a personal level or as a parish team.
