Diocesan Pastoral Council

This council is a consultative body that studies and
reflects on pastoral matters and makes recommendations to the Bishop.

Diocesan Pastoral Council 2010

Established after the conclusion of the Synod of 2006, the Diocesan Pastoral Council is composed of Christian faithful who in full communion with the Catholic Church-clerics, members of institutes of consecrated life, and laity - selected by a method determined by the bishop. The twenty (20) Councilors meet bi-monthly and serve a 3-year term. They are eligible for re-election or re-appointment. This council is a consultative body that studies and reflects on pastoral matters and makes recommendations to the Bishop in response to the Diocesan Synod and other significant pastoral issues.
