It is imperative that each parish coordinator read and understand the Guidelines to the right. Many guidelines have been updated to be in line with Roman Missal, Third Edition. These guidelines impact the set-up of the program as well as the celebration itself and all parsihes are expected to follow them. For each Confirmation celebration within the parish, this form must be submitted online. Once you complete the form be sure to both print it and save a copy to your computer. Then hit the "Submit Form to Diocese" button at the bottom of the page.
After completing the form, you will need to enter your email address and name and select Send. Then select “Desktop Email Application” and select OK. You will receive a confirmation from Virginia Meagher within 24 hours that the form was received. If you do not receive this, I don’t have the form. If it was sent properly, it will be in the “Sent” box of your email application.

For confirmation within the parishes, our religious education and school programs require two years of preparation. Students are generally confirmed between 8th and 10th grade.
Adult confirmation programs of approximately eight weeks in length are offered in many parishes for adults who are formed, practicing Catholics who simply missed Confirmation somehow along the way. For those who are not formed and practicing Catholics, it may be most appropriate to participate in the RCIA process to complete initiation.
