Lay Leaders $1 million

The Church must build its capacity to initiate, develop, and maintain programs that will enhance the pastoral and educational opportunities for lay leaders and clergy. The campaign will establish the following programs:

Catechetical Training —Catechists teach Religious Education, RCIA, and other faith formation programs.

Lay Leadership Formation — Strengthen the education and training of lay leaders by providing study opportunities in areas such as Pastoral Administration, Bible Study, and Evangelization.

Continuing Education and Training of Ordained Priests — to provide additional support to priests, the campaign will make available administrative, leadership and multicultural education.

Diaconate Training — Providing the resources to educate and train these dedicated ministers, the campaign will help to prepare the next generation of deacons.
